All services are scheduled directly to ensure correct service is selected and adequate time is reserved for each vehicle.

How scheduling works

Polished operates by appointment only. Appointments are coordinated one-on-one rather than through automated booking system. Once a request is received, we’ll review the vehicle type, service needs, and availability before confirming next steps.

Availabilty

• Services are performed from our home-based studio in SE Palm Bay, Florida

• Appointments are primarily scheduled on weekends

• Limited weekday availability may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

• Vehicles are never rushed or double booked.

Mobile Services

Mobile service is currently limited and offered only to existing clients or clients with multiple previously serviced vehicles.
